Registration for Membership:

Monthly Fee of $100 (non-refundable)

This is not a contract. We are a month-to-month gym for boxing enthusiasts, professional, and amateur boxers. Monthly memberships are non-refundable. All members begin as boxing enthusiasts, so if you are interested in becoming an amateur or professional boxer, you must speak with Coach Kevin.

Meet our Staff

Coach Kevin is the owner and the lead boxing trainer. He has the authority to invite or decline individuals to join any of our boxing programs.

Coach Elijah is our youth boxing trainer, personal trainer, weekly boxing trainer, and professional boxer. Coach Elijah also heads our Amateur Boxing Club and business affairs. He has the authority to make any decisions in place of Coach Kevin and Kashima.

Coach Pete is our Amateur Boxing Head Coach. All amateur boxers approved by Coach Kevin are assigned to him for training, amateur events, and sparring.

Coach Brandon assists Coach Pete with the Amateur Boxing Team.

Coach Aidan is our fill-in trainer and sparring coach.

Kashima is the owner and Business Director, handling all payments, memberships, and business operations. She also oversees Fight for Change, Inc., a nonprofit program for at-risk youth.

Waiver and Release of Liability Acknowledgement:

I hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs, and events held by Battle Boxing Gym (BBG) may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I assume all risks of injuries associated with participation, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity. I know and appreciate all other such risks.

I hereby acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that may conflict with my participation in the activity. By signing this document, I understand and acknowledge that participation in the training, programs, and events offered by Battle Boxing Gym (BBG) entails inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, illnesses, and death. I am aware of these risks, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, adverse weather conditions, and any other potential dangers.

I hereby acknowledge that monthly membership fees are non-refundable.

I hereby acknowledge that membership in Battle Boxing Gym may be revoked if I violate the guidelines or fail to pay monthly fees.

I acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that may affect my participation. I am physically fit and mentally capable of engaging in the chosen physical activities.

After carefully reading this waiver and considering the risks mentioned above, and in return for being allowed to participate and receiving services from BBG, I agree to RELEASE, WAIVE, and HOLD HARMLESS Battle Boxing Gym, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from all liabilities, demands, or claims arising from my participation in BBG's training, programs, and/or events.

By signing, I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver of Liability and that I agree with its terms. I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.

After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and BBG furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE Battle Boxing Gym, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the BBG training, programs and/or events.

By my signature, I indicate that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I know this is a waiver and a release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

PLEASE READ & INITIAL IN THE BOXES BELOW

Thank you for becoming a member of Battle Boxing Gym. Once your application is submitted, please come for your first workout anytime during our business hours for an hour-long assessment. This assessment tests cardio and stamina so our coaches can evaluate how to set up your training regimen.*

Workouts do not need to be scheduled, and there are no classes you need to attend. Each workout is done with our coaches during business hours, but at your convenience.

Parking is located on the sides of the building, either on the gravel side or in the USC Tennis building parking lot, closest to our building. Please do not park in front of the gym. *

Your payment today is not set up for autopay. An invoice will be emailed to you each month, which you can pay online or in the office. Monthly memberships are non-refundable. We accept cash, credit/debit, and cashiers checks. No personal checks or money orders. You can also request that automatic payments be set up in person with Kashima. *

You must bring a bottle of water with you. If you are under 18, please do not consume sugary or energy drinks. During intense boxing training, these drinks will increase the vomiting sensation, along with feeling like you're crashing out. *
