General Membership Card Information 

• After submitting this application, you will receive an email detailing your application entries.

• NOTE: Processing time is 10 BUSINESS DAYS from submission of complete and accurate information. You will receive an email when completed.

• Carefully review the document upload requirements.  Application submissions that do not meet the required specifications, will be rejected and application MUST be resubmitted.

• Sunnymead Ranch Planned Community Association (SRPCA) is a private community and its amenities are restricted to members only.

• Membership cards are issued to Sunnymead Ranch Homeowner Members/Dependents and Authorized Residents only.

• Membership cards are required to enter and use amenities at the SRPCA Lake Club facilities located at 23600 Sunnymead Ranch Parkway.

• All current occupants (age 10 years +) must be registered, have individual membership cards, and be in possession of them to enter property SRPCA Lake Club facilities.

• Current occupants are not permitted access as “guests” and will be denied entrance to facility.

• Small children (0-9 years) are not required to have access cards but should be registered as an applicant. 

• There is NO CHARGE for a qualified member's INITIAL CARD.

• The CHARGE to REPLACE damaged, non-working, or lost cards within a five-year replacement period is noted below.
  • 1st replacement card: $15
  • 2nd replacement card:  $25
  • 3rd replacement card: $50

Application Process 

• The information required for the application varies depending on the age of the applicant.

• It is best to gather all of your scanned documents and photographs before you begin.

• After you have submitted your application, you will have an opportunity to submit subsequent applications for other family members.

Photo Requirements

Upload one photo per applicant.

If the photo uploaded does not meet the following requirements, the application will be rejected and the application required to be resubmitted.

• Think "Driver License" or "Passport Photo" type photo, (we cannot use the actual license or passport photo)
• Applicant must face the camera directly (no angled views)
• Face must fill the frame but do not cut off any portion of the face or head
• Color photo
• Good lighting
• No sunglasses, hats, or face covering allowed
• No social media filters

Proof of Identity Requirements

Upload one of the following per applicant.  

If the uploaded document does not meet the following requirements, the application will be rejected and the application required to be resubmitted.

• Document uploaded must be clear and legible
• Acceptable documents 
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid State ID
  • Valid Passport

Proof of Residency Requirements

Upload one acceptable document per applicant. Document must show applicant's name,  Sunnymead Ranch property address, and not reference "Current Resident".

If the uploaded document does not meet the following requirements, the application will be rejected and the application required to be resubmitted.

Types of Acceptable Documents:  Bank statements, credit card bill, utility bill, school enrollment forms, medical or government agency documentation.  

An applicant, named on the Grant Deed as homeowner, does not require additional proof of residency to be uploaded.

Non-Acceptable Documents: USPS mail forwarding label, general correspondence, credit card offers, etc.
