Your registration will not be processed until the school receives the registration information and the registration fee. Tuition Assistance / Payment Plan: The school may be able to provide some help with tuition payments to returning families with exceptional financial need.

***Refund Policy***Withdrawals must be submitted to the treasurer in writing to: German Language School Cleveland, Attn Withdraw Processing, P.O. Box 38160, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138. Tuition (minus the $25 non-refundable registration fee per student) will be refunded as follows:
- Before August 15: Full tuition
- Before 3rd day of school: 75% refund
- After the 3rd day of school: No refund
Late fees and the $25 registration fee are non-refundable.
Preference for Returning Students: We grant preference to classroom space for returning students who register by June 1.
Beginners: Students without previous knowledge of German will only be accepted until the 3rd day of class.
Advanced level students: children and adults may join a class at a later time at the discretion of the school administration.
Small Classes: The administration reserves the right to combine 2 classes if a minimum number of students are registered.
