Please email us to request a separate form and contact info to apply. hello@ladyfrightsemporium.com *Event information/times: Lady Fright's Emporium presents the Lady Fright's Back to the 80's Birthday Bash, Saturday, August 19th, 9am-5pm at the Manchester Arts Center and Downtown Square in Manchester, TN. This event will benefit the Manchester Arts Center! vendor agreement: •No one is to tear down before the end times unless approved by event coordinator. If you tear down early without permission, you will be fined, you will not be welcomed at future events, and you will forfeit any booth fees used to secure any future events. •NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of this large event, refunds and credits are not provided. Please confirm your availability for this event before applying. •Tents and / or tent frames are permitted. (except indoors) •Sales Tax; Artist are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all required state and local sales taxes. Tennessee sales tax is 9.75%. •You may purchase electric accessibility separately if needed (more details provided at a later date through the vendor group and email). •You must bring your own display items and provide your own tables/chairs/tents. (some tables may be available for an extra fee.) •Vendors are highly encouraged to decorate their booth in a 80s Theme or 80s Slasher/Horror theme. You may participate minimally or dramatically. The most festive booth will win a prize. •Vendors will be responsible for keeping booth space cleaned during event and after tear down. Please pick up all personal trash and dispose in the provided trash cans throughout the venue or your own can to dispose all at once at the end. •Booth personnel and items for sale must be kept within booth parameters. Please do not block walkways. Please do not block another vendor’s space. •Please do not display your products if they contain profanity or nudity of any sort. •Receiving an invoice does not hold your spot. Payment reserves your space. Spaces are first come first serve. Payment is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice. •When your fee is paid, you will be added to the paid vendors Facebook group for questions/updates including booth chart, parking info, and more. Make sure to turn on your notifications for the group.

If accepted, you will receive an email and invoice including the above vendor agreement and event information. If denied, you will receive a denial email.
