We're going to Aruba and you are invited! While the resort is available to the group for the entire week, you can choose the number of nights you wish to enjoy! If you want to stay longer than what's priced below, AFTER the deposit is submitted, please send an email to groups@gdstravelsolutions.com to confirm your extended stay. If you need to shift your dates within the week, AFTER the deposit is submitted, send an email to confirm the shifted dates.

Pricing Includes: resort rate only, taxes, fees, and airport transfers. AIR IS NOT INCLUDED. Single and triple occupancy rates available upon request.
Deposit of $75 per person due now for double occupancy. The balance will be split into equal monthly payments due the 15th of every month with the final payment due April 1, 2024.
The following form must be completed by EVERY traveler. Deposits for roommmates must be received on the same day.
Disclosures
Electronic Signature
Each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement, or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. Submission of this form electronically is equivalent to a signature. If one person completes the form for both travelers, all disclosures apply to both travelers.
Air Option
Air plans must be paid for and confirmed no later than 21 days prior to departure. Travel documents will not be released and transfers can't be confirmed until this information is provided to GDS Travel Solutions.
Cancellation Policy
The initial down payment plus options is now due. The balance will be divided into equal monthly payments due by the 15th of each month, with the final payment due by April 1, 2024. All amounts are per person. Once the initial deposit is made, the cancellation policy PER PERSON is as follows:
- From Initial Deposit to 3/12/2024 | Cancellation Fee = $50 agency fee per person
- From 3/13/2024 - 4/25/2024 | $500 + $50 agency fee per person
- From 4/26/2024 - 5/11/2024 | $750 + $50 agency fee per person
- From 5/12/2024 | 100% + $50 agency fee per person
- GDS Travel Solutions is not responsible for any cancellation, errors or omissions on the travelers behalf or on the behalf of vendors providing travel services as a result of this reservation.
- All travelers be charged for any vendor cancellation fees and an additional agency fee of $50 per person in the event of cancellation. This fee must be collected via debit/credit card before the cancellation can be processed.
- In the event the cancellation fees are greater than the amount paid at the point of cancellation, all travelers are still liable for full amount of the cancellation fees
- All travelers agree to pay all charges, fees, or penalties and hereby hold GDS Travel Solutions free of any claims made as a result of changes/cancellation of this travel reservation.
Changes in Occupancy
Please know that it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request.
Cancellation of a person or persons in a package that involve a change in room configuration or category (for example, from double occupancy to single occupancy or from oceanview to balcony) are subject to the rates in effect at the time the cancellation is made. If the change is made after December 31, 2023, a $75 change fee will be implemented, in addition to the difference in pricing if applicable.
Name Changes
A $75 name change fee applies to all reservations, if a roommate is changed. This fee is in additional to any cancellation policies incurred by the roommate that cancels. If a roommate cancels, and a replacement can't be found, the reservation will be rebooked and subject to the rates based on the remaining occupant(s) in effect at that time. Only one name change per room is allowed.
Citizenship Requirements/Fitness to Travel
US Passports BOOKS ARE REQUIRED. Any other forms of identification are UNACCEPTABLE. Proof of citizenship must be VALID and UNEXPIRED (i.e., no expired or suspended license or passport at time of travel). Your passport must have at least 6 months left. It can't expire BEFORE December 23, 2024. Each traveler must also understand entry requirements for Aruba to assure that they are eligible to enter the country. GDS Travel Solutions will not be held responsible for any boarding or entry denials as a result of not having the proper proof of citizenship or other issues.
Passport Application/Processing Delays
US Passport Books ARE REQUIRED. Any other forms of identification are UNACCEPTABLE. If you have not already applied for your passport, please be advised that turnaround times for receiving your passport back are lengthy. GDS Travel Solutions STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that your passport application is EXPEDITED. You may have to cancel your trip if you do not receive your passport by June 9, 2024. GDS Travel Solutions WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE if you do not receive your passport in time. Visit www.travel.state.gov for the most up to date information on passport processing times.
Travel Insurance Requirements
Due to the nature of this trip, Travel Insurance is strongly advised. While the rates will vary per person based on age, etc. the average pricing ranges between $100-$200 per person. Once your deposit is processed, you will receive an invoice for travel insurance. Travel insurance is the best way to protect your vacation.
Travel Insurance Payment Plan
Once your deposit is received, travel insurance will be priced and an invoice will be issued to you. The amount due can be split into a maximum of three payments if needed. HOWEVER, travel insurance COVERAGE WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL full payment has been received and the policy payment has been processed. For example, if your invoice is issued on October 1, 2023 but is not paid in full until January 1, 2024, the policy payment will not be processed until the following business day, January 3, 2024 and the policy will not become effective until the next business day, January 4, 2024.
Monthy Payment/Abandonment of Reservation
After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. This event is designed to allow for flexible monthly payments. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make monthly payments, please email us immediately. If two months have passed without payment or communication, an initial notice of cancellation will be sent. If no communication or payment is made after the initial notice, the reservation will be cancelled. All previous payments will be forfeited and the cancellation policy in effect at that time will be applied.. This may cause financial impact to remaining roommates. Final payment is due April 1, 2024. If you fail to make your final payment by the due date, your reservation will automatically cancel.
