    Before you request a booking, please note the following:

    1.  NO shoes, face painting, glitter, food, drinks, sweets, sharp/messy objects, or wet play in/near play areas. 

    2. We require flat, dry, and clean surface for setup. We will not assemble play areas on dirt, near water, or gravel. 

    3. A Non Refundable 20% Deposit of your grand total is required to secure date. Dates are NOT confirmed until a deposit is received. 

    4. A $150 Refundable Security Fee is required- I understand this will be refunded only if rental equipment is clean, dry, not damaged or moved and ALL balls are inside the ball pit at the time of pick up

    5. Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to your event for a full refund. 

    6. Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time. 

    7. All package will be subjest to IL State Taxes (10.5%) and delivery fee of $2 per mile round trip if outside of our parameters.
