In the Museum Field Trip Request Form

Thank you for your interest in organizing a field trip at the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention. We strive to provide a unique and motivating experience for both students and teachers. Please note that the completion of this request form does not guarantee your reservation. Upon receiving your request, we will review it with our program department and you will be contacted to confirm the details of the trip. Your reservation will be secured when the Field Trip Contract is signed and deposit is received.
All field trips must be booked, with a signed contract, at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the field trip.

There is limited availability for field trips in Fall 2024. Registration is now open for Spring 2025.

Lab & Explore- 80 student maximum, 14 student minimum, $15 per student

Explore More- 100 student maximum, 14 student minimum, $10 per student

Lab & Learn- 40 student maximum, 14 student minimum, $15 per student

1 adult for every 8 students are required at no additional cost. Additional adults may attend at a cost of $10 each. Due to room capacity limits, there is a maximum allowance of 10 adults per group (including teachers, free chaperones, and paid chaperones.)

Lab & Explore field trips may take place Thursday and Friday from 10am-12pm.

Explore More field trips may take place Thursday and Friday from 10am-12pm or from 12pm-2pm.

Lab & Learn field trips may take place Tuesday from 10am-12pm. The Museum is not open for exploration for Lab & Learn field trips.

Topics may be changed up to 1 week in advance of your field trip. Our Cade Educator will answer any topic or activity related questions during your phone call 1 week prior to your trip.
