Acorn-fed 100% Iberian ham, with Los Pedroches denomination of origin. To achieve the quality provided by these hams, the pigs are fed the freedom provided by the Los Pedroches pasture. In its last 4 or 5 months it is fed exclusively on acorns and fields, thus achieving the optimal weight and flavor that defines this exquisite ham. King of the Iberian standard, this ham can be faithfully called “pata negra”, thanks to the characteristics of its diet, way of life and subsequent exclusive curing.
This ham have been cured at over 1,000mt altitude for 24 months, in natural drying rooms, that's how they acquire a perfect juicy balance between flavour and a long and pleasant aftertaste. The ham has an intense and bright colour with a great presence of white marbling.
