Pick up: 9PM

WHERE:
Drop off and Pick Up from Glen Waverley Train Station, Glendale Street &, Coleman Parade, Glen Waverley VIC 3150
From there, we will be travelling into the city and spending the day there. If you are in youth, please meet us at Glen Waverley and NOT in the city! If getting to the station is an issue, please let a youth leader know.

PRICE:
$30 per person
You can pay via bank transfer before the event OR by bringing cash with you on the day.

I give permission for my child/myself (over 18) to attend COR Mid-Year Event 2023 and for the following:
- I authorize any leader of COR Youth/COR Young Adults to authorise and arrange any medical treatment/intervention required by my child/myself as deemed necessary during the course of the day. Furthermore, I authorize any leader of COR Youth/COR Young Adults to use an ambulance or any other medical service deemed necessary. I accept responsibility for all expenses associated with any/all medical treatment.
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless COR Youth/COR Young Adults from and against any and all claims, demands, suits and liability of any nature however arising out of any activity undertaken during the course of the day.
- I give permission for COR Youth/COR Young Adults to take photos of my child/myself and store photos of my child/myself. Additionally, I authorise photos of my child/myself to be posted on social media.
