Attendance & Meals:
We need your registration for organizing and to secure your meals. Meals have to be payed on-site.

Hotel Bookings:
We have negotiated a special rate. You will have to book your hotel directly. Information & special rates are provided below. Reserved amount of Rooms and special rates valid only when booking done till 26th June 2023.

This hotel is 15 minutes driving distance away from church. We are planning a shuttle service to the meetings due to less parking possibilities at the church.
