    Debutante Scholarship Application

  • Thank you for your interest in our Debutante Program! Please complete the following application in its entirety. Information provided will only be used for the purposes of this program and shared only with members of the Clarksville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta that are volunteers.

    One of the goals of our debutante program is to provide young ladies who are high school juniors and seniors with opportunities that we hope will help prepare them for life after high school through workshops, community service activities, as well as an opportunity to earn college scholarships.

    Criteria

    • Must be a high school junior or a senior in one of the following:
      • Clarksville-Montgomery County, TN
      • Christian County, KY
      • Fort Campbell, KY
      • Robertson County, TN
    • Must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher verified by high school counselor
    • Must submit two recommendation letters
    • Must have parental consent
    • Must be highly motivated
    • Must demonstrate good judgment
    • Must attend the pre-determined number of workshops and activities during the debutante season
    • Must fundraise towards scholarship
