The Intradistrict Transfer allows an Azusa Unified School District (AUSD) student to transfer out of their school of residence and into another AUSD school. The Intradistrict Transfer pplication is reviewed by both the Principal of the school of residence and the Principal of the school being requested. Both Principals will need to approve the student's application in order for the transfer to be approved and the student allowed to transfer schools.

La transferencia dentro del distrito permite que un estudiante del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Azusa (AUSD) se transfiera de su escuela de residencia a otra escuela de AUSD. La solicitud de transferencia dentro del distrito es revisada tanto por el director de la escuela de residencia como por el director de la escuela que se solicita. Ambos directores deberán aprobar la solicitud del estudiante para que se apruebe la transferencia y se permita que el estudiante se transfiera de escuela.

3. If the transfer is approved, student information will be automatically transfered and online registration will be open for the requested school

1. Transfer requests are subject to space availability

2. The parent assumes full responsibility for providing transportation

3. This transfer may be canceled if over-crowding occurs at the school, falsification or misrepresentation of information on this form, poor attendance, behavioral issues, or lack of academic progress
