    Stoeterij Zangersheide N.V. - Agreement 2023: usage of frozen semen

  • Stoeterij Zangersheide NV and the above mentioned mare owner agreed upon the following:

    • Zangersheide herewith gives the mare owner the permission to use frozen semen of the stallion {stallion} for ICSI of the collected egg cells of the hereafter named mare: {mareName} with UELN: {mareUelnregistration} for frozen embryo production.
    • The semen is and will at all times be owned by Zangersheide and is to be kept in stock at Equine Medical Services Inc., Columbia, Missouri, USA and Peterson Smith Advanced Fertility Center, Summerfield, Florida, USA under their responsibility.
    • The ICSI procedure can only take place at the following facilities: Equine Medical Services Inc., 5851 E Deer Park Rd, Columbia, MO 65201 (USA) Peterson Smith Advanced Fertility Center, 15107 SE 47th Ave, Summerfield, FL 34491 (USA)
    • Permission to use the frozen sperm for one session will be given to Equine Medical Services Inc. or Peterson Smith after payment of € {ICSIPrice50ofcontract},- excl. VAT and after the completed and signed agreement is in the possession of Stoeterij Zangersheide NV.
    • No additional payment is required based on the number of embryos produced.
    • If no embryos are produced there is no right to any compensation.
    • The assigned doses must be used in the year of purchase for the aforementioned mare,  unless otherwise agreed with Stoeterij Zangersheide NV.
    • Should any of the conditions included in this agreement be violated, a fine of 5,000 euros may be imposed.
