All violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. I agree that if this law is broken and legal action is required, I will pay for all of Queen City Pet Photography, LLC’s attorney and legal fees. I agree that all photographs (i.e. raw images or edited images produced from the scheduled session) can be used by Queen City Pet Photography, LLC, for advertisement, display, publication, or other purposes not restricted to use on the web, Facebook, Instagram, business cards, or other marketing materials. I agree that when I publish or share these photos online (i.e. personal websites, social media, etc.), I will not edit the photos in any way (i.e. editing the watermark, cropping, filters, etc.).
