Room will open 15 minutes prior to time stated. If not vacated after time reserved additional fees will incur. Client is responsible for having all guests and rental equipment picked up and removed at the end of the event. Celebration Chalet is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by the Client as well as any guest or outside vendor. Smoking and animals are not al- lowed inside any building; smoking containers are located outside.
Staff & Equipment: Celebration Chalet staff will be available at all times. All Celebration Chalet equipment must be operated by our staff. Room rental fee includes tables & chairs which will be set up. No tables/chairs can be taken outside by Client or any guest in attendance. All garbage must either be hauled off or in provided containers. Client agrees to defend, indemnify & hold harmless Celebration Chalet and it's employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action or liabilities in- curred.
Decorations: Décor is limited to table/floor décor. No items allowed on walls except with hangers provided. Items that CANNOT beused include: GLITTER, CONFETTI, STRAW, RICE, BIRDSEED OR HAY inside the building or on the grounds. Any use of these items will result in a $75 cleaning fee. Immediately following Client's function, all décor, trash and other debris must be thrown away in appropriate containers or removed from the property.
