  • Microchanneling is an elective procedure for cosmetic purposes only. No specific results are promised. Endless "Spa"sibilities has explained to me the nature, goals, method, limitations, risks and possible complications during and after the microchanneling procedure. I understand that there may be a certain amount of discomfort or pain associated with the procedure and that other possible adverse side effects may include minor and temporary bleeding, bruising, peeling, scabbing, redness or other discoloration, and/or swelling, as well as rare side effects such as infection and scarring.

  • *  I certify that I do not have any of the following contraindications, which could make me ineligible to receive a microchanneling treatment at this time:
    • Pregnancy or nursing
    • Diabetes (unstable)
    • Active herpes simplex in the area to be treated
    • Dry skin in the area to be treated
    • Any active inflammatory skin condition in the area to be treated, e.g. eczema, psoriasis, infection, rash or any type of dermatitis.

  • * I have informed the practitioner of any and all of my known allergies. I acknowledge that it is not always reasonably possible to determine in advance whether I might have an allergic reaction to any of the topical preparations, serums or processes used in the procedure; and I agree to accept the risk that such reaction is possible

  • * I realize that my body is unique and neither Endless “Spa”sibilities nor its employees or contractors can predict how my skin may react as a result of the procedure.

  • * I consent to the admittance of authorized observers to the procedure(s) for the purpose of education or assistance.

  • * I acknowledge that obtaining microchanneling is my choice alone, and I consent to the procedure and to its attendant risks, and to any actions or conduct of Endless ”Spa”sibilities and its employees and contractors reasonably necessary to perform the procedure.

  • * I consent to any relevant photographs being taken both before and after the procedure, to document the results of the procedure strictly for the internal use of Endless “Spa”sibilities

  • [Optional] I consent to Endless “Spa”sibilities using “before & after” photos of me for marketing purposes to display its capabilities and results. If I do provide consent, I may at any time withdraw such consent for specific photographs by contacting Endless “Spa”sibilities, which will then discontinue use of said photo(s).

  • * I have been given the full opportunity to ask Endless “Spa”sibilities any and all questions which I might have about obtaining microchanneling procedures, and all of my questions have been answered to my full and total satisfaction.

  • * I agree that I will not be under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or other substances at the time of treatment.

  • (1) I have read and understand the contents of each statement above. I acknowledge that this is a contract and that I have received no warranties or guarantees with respect to the benefits to be realized from, or consequences of, the aforementioned procedure(s). I further acknowledge that at the time of signing this consent I am of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions for myself.

    (2) I authorize Endless ”Spa"sibilities to perform Microchanneling on my skin, and to apply topical preparations as determined necessary. I understand that Microchanneling is non-ablative skin rejuvenation & involves the creation of perforations in my skin to promote healing responses to rejuvenate my skin. I understand that the procedure is performed with an automatic perforating device and that clinical results may vary. I understand there is a possibility of short-term effects such as reddening, peeling, scabbing, temporary bruising and temporary discoloration of the skin, as well as rare side effects such as infection & scarring. These effects have been fully explained to me. Clinical results may vary depending on individual factors, including medical history, amount of sun damage or textural problems, skin type, and my compliance with pre/post treatment instructions. I understand that the Microchanneling treatment may involve a series of treatments and the fee structure has been fully explained to me. I certify that I have been fully informed of the nature and purpose of the procedure, expected outcomes and possible complications, and I understand that no guarantee can be given as to the final result obtained. I am fully aware that my condition is of cosmetic concern and that the decision to proceed is based solely on my expressed desire to do so. I confirm that I am not pregnant at this time. I also have completed a medical history checklist and been informed about what I must do and “not do” before, during and after the procedure.

  • Microchanneling temporarily creates thousands and thousands of micro-channels into the skin to be repaired by new healthy collagen. It also allows topical solutions to absorb 200%-300% more effectively into the living skin below. During treatment, serums applied (containing naturally-derived growth factors, peptides, and cytokines) restore and increase biological communication within the skin during the wound-healing cascade that an aging immune system no longer provides. A perfect balance of gentle stimulation for your skin to youthfully heal + repair itself, complimented by the infusion of nutritious and vital factors responsible for helping you produce…your best skin!

    Immediately after your treatment while those micro-channels are healing:
    DO NOT apply anything to the treated areas for 90 minutes after your treatment is finished, unless it is provided by your Procell provider with instructions.

    DO NOT touch treated areas with your hands, cellphone or any other foreign objects for 90 minutes after your treatment is finished. Bacteria from these sources can cause irritation or possible acne breakout.

    Avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours post treatment. You may apply sunscreen 90 minutes after your treatment is finished.

    A box of additional (5) Procell Hydrating Masks can be provided for an additional $80 or (1) for $16

    FIRST WEEK AFTER TREATMENT:

    NO Retinols or Alpha Hydroxy Acids for 1 week.

    Use a gentle cleanser and Moisturizer for Days 1-3 as part of your skincare routine. Let Endless "Spa"sibilities know if you need samples. 

    You will use the Post Care Cellular Renewal + Healing Accelerator Serums at home to enhance results. These serums are included with microchanneling and will be given to you at end of treatment. Starting 24 hours after treatment. Use these products as a nighttime serum. Throughly cleanse treated areas and apply Cellular Renewal Serum (Step 1) Wait 30 seconds and apply healing accelerator serum (Step 2) Wait for serums to full absorb ( 1 minute) and can apply nighttime moisturizer. Use these serums until they run out- close to a months supply.

     

    TWO WEEKS AFTER TREATMENT: 

    You can start using your normal skincare routine again; but take it slowly and still avoid AHAs.

    Continue with your Post Care Cellular Renewal + Healing Accelerator Serums at home to enhance results as part of your nighttime routine.

      

    THREE WEEKS AFTER TREATMENT:

    Day 14/15 -2 weeks post the treatment we recommend scheduling a Baby Peel, this is an express peel done in studio that will use either a 20% Lactic Acid or 30% Glycolic Acid to help remove any remaining purged skin and texture to reveal a more brighter and radiant skin. The Esthetician will decide what peel to use on your skin.

    Make sure you next appointment is scheduled - we recommended doing a series of treatments for best results. (Can do treatment 1x a month)

     

    THINGS TO IMPROVE RESULTS: 

    Drink Water- this is the least expensive and most powerful advantage you can add to your daily skincare routine!

    Hydrate and Moisturize your skin constantly to achieve the best results. 

    Things your skin may be feeling that are signs the treatment is working:

    Tightness, itchiness, warmth, sensitivity, general light sunburn appearance to the skin, redness, etc.

    These are all great indications that your skin is healing and producing youthful collagen.
