Playing in natural settings encourages curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, cooperation, and problem solving. At YMCA Camp Lake Helena Outdoor Preschool children are encouraged to play, explore, and learn about their natural environment through a combination of child directed play and teacher led learning. Your child will build skills around managing big feelings, and working with others while playing outdoors in nature surrounded by caring adult role models.
