Rockrider AM 100S Mountain Bike Rental Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the Renter's responsibilities in regards to the rental of the Rockrider AM 100S Mountain Bike from VeloSmith.

Please read and review the information below:

An Invoice will be sent by email after signing of this Agreement. Payment can be made via e-transfer or cash at the start of the Agreement. Email address for e-transfer is: jjchort@outlook.com

VeloSmith agrees to rent the Rockrider AM 100S Mountain Bike to Renter, upon the condition that Renter agrees to all terms and conditions set forth below and evidences this Agreement with his/her signature below.

Renter's Responsibility:

It shall be the responsibility of the Renter to comply with the following:

1. The Renter shall take care of the Rockrider AM 100S Mountain Bike. Normal dirt and wear is understood. Excessive damage, scrapes, paint chips, dents, or broken parts shall be charged to the Renter, whether or not other third parties are at fault.

2. The Renter will always keep the bicycle locked or stored securely when not in use. In case of theft or irrepairable damage, the Renter agrees to pay the full retail cost of the Rockrider AM 100S Mountain Bike ($2000 CAD).

3. The rental fees are fixed. In cases of an early return, no money shall be refunded. In case of a late return a late fee of 10% of the initial Invoice will be billed for every extra day.

4. It is not allowed to sublease the Rockrider AM 100S in any case.

I have fully and carefully read this Agreement and have been afforded the opportunity to ask for clarifications with regard to any information that is unclear to me and by which was answered to my satisfaction. I executing this agreement with full knowledge and understanding.
