All participants will be required to sign or turn in a risk acknowledgement form upon arrival at camp. This form is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/6q2n1u70lhs6dv6/RickAck.pdf. Print it out and sign it at home to speed up the check-in process.

I understand that all participants will be required to sign the risk acknowledgement form.I understand that my participants will go through a health screening upon arrival at camp and they will not be allowed to stay if they have signs/symptoms of COVID-19 or of any communicable disease that can spread at camp.I understand that my spot won't be held until my payment is complete.
