• 2023 CEED Festival Vendor Application

    Calling all nature-based vendors!

  • Come join the fun! We are looking for vendors for two of our magnificent CEED events.  These events will feature musical entertainment, live animals, fun activities for children, self-guided nature hikes, and of course, amazing nature-based Vendors!

    Dates:

    • Saturday, June 24, 11 am-3 pm Summer Solstice Festival 
      • Festival Theme: Celebrating our native plants, animals and Indigenous Peoples
    • Saturday, September 23, 11 am-3 pm Fall Equinox Festival
      • Festival Theme: Embracing our Fall Wildlife Migration

     

    While there is no upfront fee for a booth space, we are asking for a donation of 20% of your net sales, if you are selling merchandise. For all others, there is no required fee, but we welcome any donation to help cover our festival costs. 

    Please fill out the form below if you're interested in participating as a vendor. Our booth spaces are 12'x12'. All booth spaces are located outdoors. We ask that you bring your own table and chairs. There is no Wi-Fi or electric hook-up available. For consideration, please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible.

  • Booth Specifics:

    We prefer that vendors bring all equipment, tent, table, and chairs for their booth space. We do have a water faucet if you need water, but you must bring your own bucket or equipment to transport the water to your booth.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and a contract for their booth. Once the contract is signed, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy on the contract. There is a fee if you complete the contract and do not attend the event.

    Any cancellation after signing the contract is subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
