Before submitting, please make sure you have filled out the entire form and spoken with all parties that will be involved in the care of the animal. Should you be approved for our waitlist, a non-refundable deposit will be required once the breeding is confirmed to secure a hold on a puppy for you. The breeder (CRK) will choose the puppy for you based on your goals and lifestyle. A contract will also be in place to ensure the safety of the puppy and that, should anything happen, the puppy is to be returned to CRK. By clicking "I understand."
