    All proceeds go directly to supporting the school.

  • Please fill in in the form with your purchase request and your details.

    We will then email you an order confirmation with BACS payment details, from jcosspreloved@gmail.com

    Collection: The order can be collected by your child from the school office. If you prefer to collect yourself during school hours (if it's a large order, or your child has not yet started at JCoSS) please let us know at the end of the form in the "Additional information" section.

    Using the form:

    Please select the size and quantity you'd like of each item from the drop down menu. If you'd like to buy the same item in more than one size, click the "+ Add Row" button so you can choose additional sizes to order.

    If you are looking for an item which is not currently listed/available (e.g. Girls trousers, Yoga pants, or sizes marked "out of stock") you can put a request in the "Additional information" section. Please let us know the size and quantity you'd like and we can let you know if the item comes in. 

    Note:

    • Next order deadline and packing date: mid-September 2025 (to be confirmed) We do not operate during the school holidays. 
    • Latest stock levels update: Fri 18 July 2025
    • Our stock is limited, so items are sold on a first-come-first served basis. Stock indicators below may not be up-to-date. 
    • The items are mostly in good used condition but there is some variablilty. We will try to supply you with the best quality item available matching your request.
    • If cost is a barrier, please feel free to email us in confidence so we can support you.
    • This service is run by parent volunteers of the JCoSS Parent's Association with the support of the school. It may take a few weeks to fulfill your order, depending on the availability our volunteers. If you have an urgent request please email jcosspreloved@gmail.com 

    Help us keep the service going:

    • Uniform donations are greatly appreciated. Bags of JCoSS uniform in good, clean, saleable condition can be handed in at school reception. Please remove your child's name from any items. We particularly need: PE bottoms (all types), small Blazers (size 31 and below), and any Blazers size 38+

    • Local donation drop off: If you cannot bring your donations to school, you may be able to drop them off with a local parent volunteer. Please email jcosspreloved@gmail.com for details.

    • If you can spare a couple of hours per month, we welcome extra helping hands on our Preloved uniform team to help pack orders or run uniform occasional uniform sales. Email jcosspreloved@gmail.com for more info.

    • Plain black with no logo
    • Sizes: Most are sized by age but some are sized by waist and inside leg measurement (inches) (e.g. 32/27 means 32inch waist and 27inch inside leg).

  • Terms & Conditions – Please read and accept before ordering

    • All items are preloved (second-hand) and sold as seen, unless otherwise stated. 
    • We do our best to check all items, but condition may vary, and small signs of wear are to be expected.
    • No refunds or exchanges are available for items bought or collected at in-person sales or parent collection points.
    • For online orders, refunds/exchanges may be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Preloved Uniform Team. In such cases, a small admin fee may be charged to cover time spent processing and restocking.
    • If you have any concerns about the condition of your items, these must be raised within 3 days of collection. After this time, sales will be considered final.
    • We strongly recommend that you measure your child before ordering to avoid delays and restocking charges from ordering the wrong sizes. Please contact us if you need advice about this.
    • The Preloved Uniform shop is run entirely by volunteer parents and all proceeds go towards supporting JCoSS.
