Standard production time for all stair nosing orders is up to 7 business days. If you choose to provide the material, please include two additional planks to compensate for potential damage during the bending process. For stairs that are open on either side (meaning there is no wall confining them) allow 1 extra 48" long nosing per 3 open step sides. Due to the bending process the ends of the mosings may be slightly cracked. Expect 1° on each end of the mosing to have slight cracking. Please Note that we can bend planks to a MAXIMUM of 48" in length. Any planks provided that are longer than 48" will be cut down to 48"
