INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Welcome to the registration form for Samothrace Retreat 2023.

Follow these instructions to register.

Before Registering please read the 2023 Retreat Description of workshops and events here.

Also download the 2023 Schedule of workshops and events here to make sure you can follow the program.

Step A
Fill in the forms with your personal information. Make sure you got your email & tel number correctly or you will not be able to complete your registration or we will not be able to reach you.

Step B
Choose your level of experience. This choice will determine which workshops you can select.

If you have very little, zero or less than 6 months of experience choose INTRODUCTION INTENSIVE

If you have six months up to one year of experience choose BEGINNERS INTENSIVE. You will also be able to choose extra workshops.

If you have one to two years of experience choose INTERMEDIATE INTENSIVE. You will also be able to choose extra workshops.

If you have more than two years of experience choose ADVANCED INTENSIVE. You will also be able to choose extra workshops.

If you do not wish to register for the intensive courses, and only apply for the extra workshops, any experience level more than one year is enough, choose the final choise.

Step C
Submit your registration.
In case you made any mistake at your registration, do not create a new one. In the confirmation email you will receive there is an edit link. Click on the link and you will be redirected to your form and you can make any changes you like.

Step D
You will receive two emails.
One after your registration, with your information. DO NOT REPLY.
The following days an email with your registration info and the fee. if your registration form is correct, containing instructions on how to pay using PAYPAL. Fees are detailed below next to each workshop but you will get a small discount on some occasions. The final fee WILL BE SHOWN at the email you will receive.

Step E
Make the payment using the PAYPAL platform, in the first 24 hours after you will receive the email. If the payment is not completed in due time your registration will be canceled. All registrations are recorded by day and time. In case spots are filled and payed, you will not be able to register.

FEES and DISCOUNTS

Here you view the cost of your particiation (depending on what you will register for). Your fee will also be available on the email your will receive with payment details.
