Carrier cannot enter into a partnership with another dispatch service referred to as "Double Dispatching". 3d-Dispatch Services welcome the opportunity to assist the Carrier if they intend to attempt to learn to book their own loads. However "Double Dispatching" is not allowed. It does the assigned Dispatchers and the Carrier a disservice. Depending on the type of equipment finding the right load can be time-consuming it would not be fair for two dispatchers to be working to find a load and only one will be compensated. 3d-Dispatch Services provides dedicated, Dependable, Diverse Dispatch Services. Carrier communication and cooperation are key, it takes a minimum of 30 days for the Dispatcher and Carrier to get an understanding of load and lane preferences. Please be sure that you are available for the first 14 days to forward emails and answer calls to add the dispatcher to RMIS. 3d-Dispatch Services understands that most carriers are waiting to receive payment for shipments in order to pay Dispatch Fees. Therefore Dispatch Fees are due 24-Hours after the "SCHEDULE LOAD DELIVERY DATE". In the event revenues are non-collectible 3d-Dispatch Services will be held harmless and there will be no penalty and/or deduction of fees. There are multiple methods of payment available.
