This form is for weddings and events. If you have any questions please email info@newlifecc.ca. If dates are open we will contact you with approval and details. Wedding rate: Rehearsal & Wedding: $1,500, Event rate: Dependent upon attendance and room/staff needs; Min. $500. Deposit of 1/2 total amount required in order to the block calendar. *Required
