1. One claim per receipt or invoice. You can claim multiple products as long as they are on the same receipt or invoice. Please attach a photo of each item that is part of the claim.
2. A picture of the item(s) in question and a store issued receipt is important for us to properly evaluate your claim. The more information, the faster and more efficiently we can process your claim.
3. It is in our right to decline any claim request that does not meet our Warranty Policy or missing relevant information.
Please ensure all approved replacement claims are redeemed by October 31 in the current growing year, unless a case-by-case extension is granted. Claims expire in October and cannot carry over to the next year. Extensions are only available within the current growing year and cannot be granted once the claim's growing year has passed. This ensures fairness and efficiency in our warranty process. Kindly redeem your replacement plant within the specified timeframe to avoid inconvenience.
