I give FanSaves Inc. permission to feature the above named business (the “Business”) on the FanSaves app under the branch of the NASCAR Chicago Street Race (the “Team”), beginning on the date this contract is signed. I authorize both FanSaves and the Team use of the business logo, name and likeness and allow FanSaves Inc. and the Team to use any deal as part of any promotional efforts. I understand that any deal or discount provided by the business must be honoured throughout the duration of the contract and neither FanSaves Inc. nor the Team are responsible for providing any monetary value to any patron or the business whatsoever. The deal provided is between the business and the patron. FanSaves Inc. and the Team remain as third parties and are in no way liable for any incidentals that may occur because of misuse of this app.
