  • Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program - Scholarship Application

  • The Integrative Nurse Coach® Academy is committed to expanding the accessibility of Nurse Coaching education to nurses from all background across the globe.

    Every year, each of our 4 Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program cohorts will offer a different themed scholarship.

    Scholarship recipients can use their scholarship for any cohort of the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program that takes place within one year of the date they are notified that they received the scholarship.

  • Susan J. Luck Environmental, Community, & Public Health Nursing Scholarship

    Eligibility

    • Active, unrestricted RN License
    • At least one of the following
      • Employed as public health, environmental, or community health nurse
      • 50+ hours of Community Health or Environmental volunteer work within the last 5 years.
    • Complete and thoughtful responses to application questions.

    Important Dates

    • Application Deadline: November 25 (Submissions received after this date will be included in the following year’s review).
    • Scholarship Recipient Notified via e-email by: December 15
    • Scholarship Recipient must Respond by: December 20
    • Cohort Begins: January – See the INCCP registration page for exact date. May use on any cohort that begins within one year of notification date.
  • International Nurse Coach Scholarship

    Eligibility

    • Active, unrestricted RN License (or the equivalent in your country.)
    • A citizen of a country that is NOT the United States or Canada.
    • Conversational in the English language.
    • Complete and thoughtful responses to application questions.

    Important Dates

    • Application Deadline: January 15 (Submissions received after this date will be included in the following year’s review).
    • Scholarship Recipient Notified via e-email by: February 15
    • Scholarship Recipient must Respond by: February 28
    • Cohort Begins: April – See the INCCP registration page for exact date. May use on any cohort that begins within one year of notification date.
  • Nurses of Color Scholarship

    Eligibility

    • Active, unrestricted RN License.
    • A citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
    • Identify as a Person of Color.
    • Complete and thoughtful responses to application questions.

    • Application Deadline: July 15 (Submissions received after this date will be included in the following year’s review).
    • Scholarship Recipient Notified via e-email by: August 15
    • Scholarship Recipient must Respond by: August 22

  • Men in Nursing Scholarship

    Eligibility

    • Active, unrestricted RN License.
    • Identify as a male.
    • Complete and thoughtful responses to application questions.

    Why do you want this scholarship, and how do you plan to utilize nurse coaching in your career?

    Instructions: Please write a 300-1000 word essay addressing 3 of the following 6 points:

    1. Explain your motivations for seeking this scholarship, including any financial or personal circumstances that make it necessary or beneficial for your education and career.
    2. Describe your passion and commitment to nursing and coaching, detailing any relevant experiences, skills, or accomplishments that demonstrate your dedication to this field.
    3. Outline your short-term and long-term goals as a nurse coach, including the populations or settings in which you hope to work, and any specific challenges or issues you wish to address.
    4. Discuss how the scholarship will support your educational and career goals by providing financial assistance, networking opportunities, or access to specialized training and resources.
    5. Explain how you envision using nurse coaching to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of yourself, individuals, communities, or the nursing profession as a whole. Include any innovative ideas, strategies, or collaborations you plan to pursue in your nurse coaching practice.
    6. Reflect on the personal qualities and values that make you an ideal candidate for this scholarship and the field of nurse coaching, such as empathy, resilience, or a commitment to lifelong learning.

    Your essay should be well-structured, engaging, and demonstrate your genuine interest in nurse coaching and the potential impact it can have on the lives of others, as well as your life. Be sure to proofread your essay for grammar, spelling, and clarity before submitting it.
