Cat Spay or Neuter Clinic with Maine Animal Health Alliance

Thank you for making the responsible choice for your pet. We are pleased to be able to offer low cost spay/neuter clinics in our area in conjunction with Maine Animal Health Alliance

Here are some things to know about our clinic: 1) Males: $120, Females: $140. That includes, procedure, rabies & distemper vaccines, plus flea treatment. 2) Cats must be in a carrier. 3) Payment is due at the time of drop off. Only cash or cards will be accepted. 4) A $40.00 per cat deposit is due when RPC contacts you with appointment confirmation, via over the phone. This deposit will be applied to your balance due.

Things to know:
- Fees: Males: $120, Females: $140 (includes procedure, rabies & distemper vaccine, nail trim plus a flea treatment)
- Payment is due at time of drop off. Cash and Cards only are accepted.
- A non-refundable per cat deposit of $40 is required in order to hold your appointment. This fee will be applied to your total at drop off. This deposit can be done over the phone with a card when RPC calls for appointment confirmation.
- Drop off is between 7AM-8AM
- Cats must be in a carrier (if you have more than 1 cat, each animal should be in it's own carrier)
- Absoluetly NO food after 9PM on the night before sugery!
- Pick up is between 4PM-5PM depending on the Vet. If it's any later we will be sure to call owners ahead of time.
- If you do not arrive before 5PM or the scheduled time we call if the vet is running behind, you will not be able to pick up your cat(s) until the next morning. They will be boarded at our facility, with a $50 boarding/late fee.

I understand that appointments in the clinic are limited to a certain number. Therefore, filling out this application does not guarantee me a spot in the clinic. Appointments are given on a first come, first serve basis. An approval notice will be sent to my email within a week to confirm your appointment. We will continue having clinics once a month until October. If you do not get a spot for this clinic, you will be added to our waitlist and contacted with the next clinic dates.*

An $30.00 NONREFUNDABLE per cat deposit is due. Your appointment will not be secured until the deposit is paid. The deposit will be applied to your balance at drop off. Please wait until RPC has confirmed your appointment before paying your deposit.
