Corporate Cup Tournament Registration Form

The Corporate Cup Challenge is a program dedicated to furthering the relationships of business and their employees through healthy lifestyle. Join us for the Biggest Office Party in town as your corporation competes for bragging rights and prizes while competing in the following events:

Kayak Races
5K Run/Walk (predicted time wins)
Krazy Kickball Tournament
Beach Volleyball Tournament
Fishing Tournament
Cornhole Tournament
Community Togetherness Project

WHEN: AUGUST 3rd, 4th and 5th (events will be held in the evenings and all-day Saturday)
WHERE: North Gateway Park and Lamar Softball Fields
FEE: $550 (an invoice will be sent to the email provided)

Must be 18 years old or older. Teams can now have more than 15 members for an additional cost of $35/per person.

No registrations after July 1, 2023.

All proceeds of this event will go towards beautification of our Main Street district and to provide matching grant funds towards revitilization projects.

This release and wavier shall be binding upon the undersigned and any person claiming by or through the undersigned, and shall be effective in respect of physical defects, whether known or unknown, and pre-existing conditions in respect of the undersigned.
