TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VENDORS/EXHIBITORS AT THE MARKETPLACE AT THE PSP AWARENESS WALK:
APPLICATIONS: All vendors/exhibitors who wish to participate in the marketplace at the PSP Awareness Walk must complete and submit an application form. PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) Awareness Walk - 13640248 Canada Inc- reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. A booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organizer and if the payments are made in full and on time.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed application form and payment. PSP Awareness Walk team reserves the right to change or modify the assigned space at any time if it deems necessary. Food &Beverage Stalls, Diamond Sponsor and the Platinum Sponsor will be required to set up in a designated area and other vendors will not be allowed to set up in this designated space. All vendors must ensure their merchandise/ displays/ other belongings remain within the designated 100sqm or 10x10 space under their tent. Vendors occupying additional space will be charged for additional booths accordingly.
FEES: The fee for a standard booth space is $130 per booth, and vendors/exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. Alternatively, we can assist to make arrangements for renting a tent, table and chair for you for a total cost of $350. Any damage to the rental equipment will be charged to the vendor /exhibitor at the rate provided by the owner of the property. PSP Awareness Walk reserves the right to offer time sensitive and/or other occasional discounts / offers to attracts vendors to the marketplace.
SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN: Vendors/exhibitors must set up their booths on the morning of the event between 8:15 am and 8:55 am and pack up between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Vendors/exhibitors must vacate the park grounds by 6:15 pm. They are responsible for cleaning up their booth area after the event, leaving the space in the same condition as when it was first occupied. No cars will be allowed on the Pavilion Grounds between 8:45 am and 5:45pm. Please ensure loading and offloading times are planned accordingly.
MERCHANDISE: All merchandise must be appropriate for all ages and must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. PSP Awareness Walk team reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any merchandise it deems inappropriate.
LIABILITY: Vendors/exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless PSP Awareness Walk - 13640248 Canada Inc, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from and against all liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to any act, omission, or negligence of the vendor/exhibitor.
INSURANCE: Vendors/exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for the event. PSP Awareness Walk - 13640248 Canada Inc, is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vendor/exhibitor's property, merchandise, or other belongings.
CANCELLATION: Vendors/exhibitors who cancel their participation in the event more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of their booth fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province and country in which the PSP Awareness Walk is being held.
Payments for booths in the marketplace have to be made in favor of "13640248 Canada Inc" or e-transferred to farihaq@pspawarenesswalk.com
By submitting the application form and payment, vendors/exhibitors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all rules and regulations established by PSP Association for the PSP Awareness Walk.
