  • POLICIES & RULES 

    You will be charged $85 per hour for your event. You will need to pay a deposit before the event which is $200 and NON REFUNDABLE. There is a $100 smoking fee, and a limited amount of guest for any event is 30-50 people. There is a stereo available but a DJ is allowed and will not be included in the set up time OR decorating and clean up. You will be allowed 30 minutes prior too and after your event to decorate and clean up. NO VIOLENCE ALLOWED!!! Any sign of an altercation will get your event shut down without a refund!!! There is heavy security at each door at every event, we also have a closed door policy meaning the door has to be shut after 12p.m at all times if your event is during those hours. No alcohol is allowed unless discussed prior to your event. Thank you and I hope you enjoy!!!
