KENTLANDS WAIVERS: ALL party attendees (Kentlands residents and guests) must have a Kentlands Waiver on record. If one has already been recorded, there is no need to process another.
The Kentlands party host is responsible for providing Kentlands Management with the Waiver Reference # for each attendee or indicate "Previously Completed."
Minor attendees (17 years of age and younger) MUST have their parent or legal guardian complete their Waiver in the parent's name, adding the child's full name and date of birth (DOB) in the box requesting minors' names. If there is no minor, you MUST enter ZERO.
Residents are NOT PERMITTED to complete a Waiver on behalf of a non-Kentlands resident or someone else’s minor child.

Once the Waiver is submitted, scroll to the top to see that your name has a Reference # assigned. This confirms the Waiver was electronically submitted and received by Kentlands Management and is now on record.

POOL PARTIES (1-25 PERSONS MAXIMUM) - CONTACT KENTLANDS MANAGEMENT AND RSV POOLS, INC.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
TWO-STEP PROCESS:
First - A Kentlands resident MUST inform Kentlands Management to receive approval, Monday-Friday (non-holidays), 9 AM-4:45 PM, by calling 301-948-2071 or by sending an email to Clubhouse@kentlands.com no later than three (3) weeks prior to your pool party date.
Second - A Kentlands resident booking a pool party MUST use the RSV Pools website, RSVPools.com, to schedule their pool party no later than two (2) weeks prior to your pool party date, including a rain date.
Kentlands Management & RSV Pools, Inc. requests questions and scheduling via email, instead of phone calls, including cancellations, to avoid miscommunication!
Failure to provide the requested/required documents TWO WEEKS in advance of your party date, your party event will be cancelled.
The maximum number of attendees (Kentlands residents and guests), including the host(s), adults and children MUST be 25 or fewer.
RSV Pools, Inc. charges a $100 flat fee in addition to a $30 fee per hour ($60 for two hours maximum) for 25 party attendees. The fees must be paid by cash or check ONLY. Credit/debit card and online/phone payments are not accepted.
RSV Pools, Inc.'s policy is to bill the Kentlands host, who will be expected to pay no later than 48 hours before the party date.

Complete and submit RSV Pools, Inc.'s electronic form no later than two weeks in advance of your party date so RSV Pools has enough time to schedule. An RSV Pools, Inc. representative will contact the Kentlands resident (party host) within 3-5 business days with a price quote for lifeguards and to obtain more information if needed.
If a Kentlands resident host has questions, they MUST email info@rsvpools.com.
The Kentlands resident host MUST provide:
- The party date and the start and end times of their two-hour event.
- Their full name, street address, cell phone # and email address.
- A list of ALL attendees (Kentlands residents and guests) using full names, street addresses, and ages of minors.
- Their Kentlands Electronic Facilities Pass (EFP) to scan and check in at the Clubhouse front desk.
- Notification to all KCA resident attendees to bring and scan their EFPs upon entry at the Clubhouse front desk.
- Prior notification to their Lakelands guest(s) to have in possession their Lakelands Pass to be to be exempt from a $3.00 guest fee.
- Payment of $3.00 each for all other guests. Guest fees are payable by cash (must be exact amount), credit card, Apple Pay, or by having the Kentlands resident using their 2025 Ten-Punch Guest Pass. ALL guests shall be paid for no later than three days prior to the party date.
No guest fee required for children three (3) years of age and younger.
Food is permitted only on the upper pool deck (ping pong table deck), the balcony (overlooking the pool), and on the patio (by the snack bar).
