All consultation hours must be completed within a five-year (60 month) period of time. An extension may be granted by the ABCST Director. Please complete the form below and a member of our team will reach out to you within 2-5 business days.

Please note: All clinical hours collected past May 1, 2020 without a contract/agreement on file with ABCST will NOT count toward certification. It is the job of the applicant to submit the contract/agreement before commencing consultation and collecting clinical and/or consultation hours. Applications listing clinical and consultation hours after 5/1/2020 without consultation contracts on file are subject to approval being denied.
