Please consider that you can present a maximum of 2 accepted papers for 1 payed fee. There is an additional 85 EUR fee for each additional presentation. Because PhD students have a reduced fee, they are only entitled to one single presentation (oral or poster) at ICEEM12.

Participants with reduced fee include PhD students that have been accepted by the ISC and other invited participants. Participants with reduced fee are required to insert their received code in corresponding field upon registration.

Also, please note that accompanying persons will have a special status. An accompanying person may participate to the ICEEM12 social events (coffee breaks, conference dinner), but they will not receive the ICEEM12 Bag and materials.
