Quantities of wine

By way of example only, we expect that every single wine exhibitor can manage all the tastings with an average of 18 bottles for each reference up to a maximum of 60 – 72 bottles in total. For companies producing spirits, we expect a total of 12 bottles to be enough.
However, regarding the sale, it is difficult to predict the optimal quantities, as it depends on various factors, in particular on the visitor. Therefore, We suggest to decide on the basis of their own personal experience.

All wines required for tastings, masterclasses and sales can be brought personally by the exhibitor on May 17 from 09:00 to 19:00 by appointment with 40-minute slots by booking it through this form.
The available area for loading/unloading is located inside the courtyard of Palazzo del Ghiaccio and access must take place in via G. Piranesi 10, communicating that you are a Best Wine Stars exhibitor to the concierge. The space for loading/unloading is limited, so every exhibitor who wants to bring the wines personally must respect their booked slot.
