The following information will help us make the classes you attend as safe, productive, and enjoyable as possible.
If at any time during class you feel discomfort or tension, gently come out of the position, stop the exercise and rest. It is vital in dance that you listen to your body and always respect its limits, which will vary from day to day.
Health and Safety Precautions and other information to be adheared to for our Online Classes:
1. Make sure there is enough room to allow for leg and arm movement and room to lie down
2. Please make sure that glass, porcelain or other breakable material that could cause injury is not near you in the room in which the class is being held during the duration of the class.
3. The participant monitors their bodies and how little or how far to push themselves.
4. There is a maximum of 1 person participating in the class in the room at a time unless they have paid individually.
5. Make sure your floor surface is adequate. We recommend having a yoga mat ready to use.
6. Wear correct clothing that is suitable for movement and safe practice.
7. It is recommended that the participant come warmed up to the lesson already prepared.
8. We will use "Google Meet" to hold the online class so please make sure you have what is needed to access this platform.
Our classes are designed to provide progressive instruction that builds upon previous sessions. Attending each class in sequence is recommended to receive the full benefit of the program.
Offering drop-in classes would disrupt the continuity of the program and compromise the quality of instruction.
Our instructors invest significant time and effort in preparing for each class, and we are committed to compensating them fairly for their work.
Refunds for missed classes would not be feasible for us as a small business, and would make it difficult to sustain the quality of our programs. We do offer you a 2 month period to use your classes. Classes/class passes are non transferable and are only for the use of the student/participant who signs this form.
