WARRANTY INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

We’re dedicated to making durable products that withstand the elements and the outdoor lifestyle. However, stuff happens. We aren’t perfect. And for that reason, if there’s an issue with your Mountain Khakis product, we provide the following warranty. Our warranty policy only covers products with a manufacturer defect up to two years from date of purchase. Our policy does not cover normal wear and tear, user error, or mis-washed product. If you feel like your item qualifies, please continue.All warranty claims are not guaranteed to be accepted.Once you’ve filled out the form below, our warranty team will review and respond back within 3-5 business days. If your claim is accepted we will replace your item with the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.Please note that ALL fields must be completed and ALL requested photographs uploaded in order for your claim form to be submitted.
