    The terms and conditions of using the DSPCA Pet Hotel & Doggie Daycare service are available at all times on our website. By bringing your pet to the DSPCAPet Hotel & Doggie Daycare service, you are accepting the terms and conditions as outlined.

    As per our terms and conditions, if your pet becomes ill in our care, we will take them to our on-site veterinary hospital, which will be at your own charge. We will do our best to contact you first, but for the safety of all other pets in our care, if we cannot get through to owners, we will go ahead with the next vet appointment available.
