Summer Sports Camps Booking Form

A multi-sports camp with experienced and qualified coaches. Fun indoor and outdoor activities at our Mayfield Sports Complex. Open to all children from P1 to P7.

Please ensure your child brings...
- Food and Drink for the day
- A change of clothing should the need arise
- 2 pairs of shoes (1 pair indoors, 1 pair outdoors)
Prices start, per child, from £35 for 1 day to £135 for all 5 days

Payable by debit/credit card

N.B. This form can be used for up to three children, additional bookings will require a further form submission and separate payment.
