TERMS OF SERVICE

In exchange for our Locator Services to you, we would appreciate it if you would agree to use us as your only Real Estate Agent during this process and inform us if you wish to discountinue our relationship. We are paid our commission once you sign your lease agreement and will give you 110% as long as you allow us to work with you.
