We love our customers but, in an attempt to save us time, you money and reducing a our carbon footprint, the more detailed and well documented the photos are the more accurate scope of work and estimate we can compile. Typically for projects under $3500 are what we call service calls and they are less than 2 days of labor with no more than $1700 in material. For jobs that fall in this range we prefer photos or a video review. Depending on the nature and complexity we will advise accordingly in order to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
