  • You will need two separate certificates of liability insurance. Our insurance company and Lake Casitas Recreation requires each craft vendor to provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 General Liability and $2,000,000 aggregate naming additionally insured.


    1. Our Rotary Club’s additionally insured certificate needs to say:
     
    Rotary Club of Ojai-West Foundation, Inc. and the Ojai Wine Festival

    2. Lake Casitas Recreation Area’s additionally insured certificate needs to say:
     
    Bureau of Reclamation, Casitas Municipal Water District, its employees and directors, officers and authorized volunteers

    RE: Rotary Club of Ojai West - Ojai Wine Festival 2026
     
    Make sure to submit each additionally insured word for word as it is written out above for each of the two individual certificates. If it is not literally identical to what is listed above, the certificate will have to be resubmitted with the correct additionally insured.
