We will participate at the Ojai Wine Festival and donate our beverages to benefit Rotary Foundation Projects. Please bring at least enough to sample your beverage brand to 1500 people for participation. We are expecting at least 2000 patrons so the more product you bring the more marketing opportunity you will have. You will need to provide your own 10' by 10' pop-up canopy for your 12' by 12' booth space. Please be set up with your vehicle parked in the vendor parking lot and ready for pouring by 11:30am . Pouring begins at 12pm and ends at 4pm for non-alcoholic beverages.*

To help promote our 501(c)(3) fundraiser we ask that you share website information with The Ojai Wine Festival via hyperlink (www.OjaiWineFestival.com) on your website and include our event on your event calendar, Facebook and Instagram and other social media sites. We offer each beverage vendor a free social media post on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Last year we had over 5000 followers. Please email your logo and any social media posts to Angela@ojaiwinefestival.com. Please provide a small 3 line write up of your beverage company. Post information must be received by May 15th for a guaranteed post.*
Staff names for Entry
Please list pourer’s last name, first name for the event (up to 4) plus a contact person and phone number for that group on event day. If you do not have this information yet, please email it to Angela@Ojaiwinefestival.com by June 7th. No entry will be allowed if a staff name is not on the beverage brand check in list.
Required Certificates of Insurance
You will need two separate certificates of liability insurance. Our insurance company and Lake Casitas Recreation requires each craft vendor to provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 General Liability and $2,000,000 aggregate naming additionally insured.

1. Our Rotary Club’s additionally insured certificate needs to say:

Make sure to submit each additionally insured word for word as it is written out above for each of the two individual certificates. If it is not literally identical to what is listed above, the certificate will have to be resubmitted with the correct additionally insured.

Ojai Wine Festival Agreement
We will participate at the Ojai Wine Festival on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. We will bring our own 10' by 10' EZ-Up pop-up canopy as part of our set-up. A confirmation letter with pertinent event information will be sent to you after your registration and certificates of insurance are received.*
