Guest Services- Call Center (Starting at $17.00 per hour)
As a Guest Services- Call Center Representative, you will be providing Exceptional Customer Service while assisting potential guests in making their reservations by asking questions and helping them to make the best choice for their accommodations. In working within our Customer Contact Center, you will assist incoming inhouse and departing guests to ensure they are given the best experience and care during their vacation.

This is a Full Time position. Flexible schedule is a MUST.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to owners, guests, and vendors.
- Possess a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Answer telephone calls, texts, and emails in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
- Promptly follow-up with guest inquiry leads for second chance bookings.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their reservations.
- Additional Daily tasks assigned by manager.
