Use this form to register a group of teachers and students through a school or organization. Please provide the lead teacher's information, and we will follow up with you for your students / additional teachers information at a later date. On the next screen, you can pay now, or create an invoice for your school/organization to pay later.

Through this link, they will order their lunch, download the app with all the mass choir music and solo workshop options, complete their medical/media release forms, and have the option to order an Academy T-shirt if they so choose. (Unless they pre-order a T-shirt, they will not be prompted to pay.)
PLEASE NOTE: As lead teacher, your registration fee is included in the base fee, for which we will bill your school. Your lunch order has been recorded.

Because your students (and any co-teachers) are signing up as a group but paying on their own, they should sign up through the Academy web site. We will send you a discount code for them to use at checkout in order to receive the discounted fee!
