St. Patrick Church’s Youth Ministry and Confirmation programs utilizes several computer software apps and web-based services not owned by St. Patrick Church, but by third parties to communicate to our students, catechists, parents and Youth Ministry attendees. These include MailChimp, an email broadcast service and Flocknote, a text message and email communications tool (Service Providers).

No outside individuals or companies will be able to communicate with our students, parents and catechists in our Confirmation and Youth Ministry programs. Access to these Service Providers, and our Data, is secured and provided through a St. Patrick Church Administrator account and is managed by the St. Patrick Church Youth Minister.
This constitutes your consent for St. Patrick Church to provide limited personal identifying information for your child consisting of first name, last name, email address, and cell phone number to the Service Providers. It also constitutes your consent for St. Patrick Church and it’s catechists to utilize these Service Providers to communicate to your student regarding relevant Youth Ministry and Confirmation program information. Parents will be copied on all Service Providers’ communications that are sent to your child either through text message or email.
