    I/We agree to pay a rental bond equal to 4 weeks rent if my/our application for tenancyis successful.
  • ** PLEASE NOTE**

  • *Security deposits are to be paid separately by ETF Transfer or cheque made out to the RTBA within 24 hours after approval of application. No personal cheques accepted.
    *Initial rental payment must be made by EFT Transfer or Cash on or before of the start of tenancy
    *Keys will not be handed over until the rental agreement has been signed by all the
    applicants
    *This application is accepted subject to the availability of the property on the due date and no action shall be taken by the applicant against the rental provider or rental provider's agent should any circumstances arise whereby the property is not available for occupation on the due date
    *The applicant has declared that the information provided is true & correct and agree
    that the rental provider's agent is permitted to make enquiries to provide information
    to the rental provider for the purposes of assessing your eligibility to rent the property

  • I. DECLARATION

  • I hereby offer to rent the property from the rental provider under a rental agreement to be prepared by the Agent. Should this application be accepted by the rental provider I agree to enter in to a Residential Tenancies Agreement pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

    I acknowledge that this application is subject to the approval of the rental provider. I declare that all information contained in this application (including the reverse side) is true and correct and given of my own free will. I declare that I have inspected the premises and am not bankrupt.

    I authorize the Agent to obtain personal information from:
    (a) the owner or the Agent of my current or previous residence;
    (b) my personal referees and employer/s;
    (c) any record, listing or database of defaults by tenants such as NTD, TICA or TRA for the purpose of checking your tenancy history.

    If I default under a rental agreement, the Agent may disclose details of any such default to a tenancy default database, and to agents/landlords of properties I may apply for in the future.

    (b) prepare rental agreement/tenancy documents
    (c) allow organizations/trades people to contact me
    (d) lodge/claim/transfer to/from the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority
    (e) refer to Tribunals/Courts & Statutory Authorities (where applicable)
    (f) refer to collection agents/lawyers (where applicable)

    (h) transfer water account details in to my name

    I authorize the disclosure of information in my application to connect Now for the
    purpose of contacting the relevant water service provider to transfer the property’s
    water account to my name if my application is successful
