1.) All prices not including sales tax
2.) Install includes 90 days in the field; thereafter $3.50 per month per post. The vacant lot base price is $30.00 and is increased to $40.00 without information given for locating. (*Repairs free for first 12 months and $15.00 minimum thereafter)
4.) Closing riders such as "SOLD" or "Sale Pending" are Agent/Broker's responsibility unless requested to be removed and stored until returned. Riders will be dropped off once every quarter, at the designated office. This is a free service that we provide for no additional fee. If the agent has a low quantity of these riders, we recommend they remove them before submitting the removal request or pickup from Lake to Lake in Palmyra.
5.) The Broker/Agent will be liable for any post damaged beyond repair/lost while in the field. The cost to replace these posts is $100.00.
6.) If the new homeowner removes the sign please make sure it's available for pickup on the requested day or there will be a trip charge of $15.00 to return to the location. ONE return trip to locations to remove posts is included with the purchase of any Installation service. Removing only one/some posts from a location with multiple posts installed will incur a $15.00 trip charge for every return to the location after the first. (*Not including additional trip charges for locations outside the territory)
7.) It is the Broker/Agent's responsibility to review the monthly in-field summary and advise us of any corrections. Removals that are requested more than 12 months after property closing will be an automatic "Lost Post" fee.
8.) Most orders will be processed and in the field within the next business day (8 AM to 8 PM) unless the property is well outside routes for the following day. We guarantee a 2 business day turnover unless the property is outside of the normal three-county territory. (Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario)
9.) Our installers are in the field Tuesday-Saturday. Installation requests sent after 5 PM Monday-Friday, are not guaranteed until the second following business day, meaning requests sent after 5 PM Friday night, might not be installed until Tuesday.
10.) ALL Invoices are due within 30 days. Accounts that are past due 30 days or more will have a hold put on all further services until paid. There is a one day grace period to submit invoice payments, thereafter and every month following a 5% late fee will be applied until paid.
