The pricing listed on the Dermal Distinction Academy website store is strictly confidential and may not be shared by any means or with anyone. By signing up for an account, you commit to not sharing the pricing structure and discussing this. If you breach this agreement, your access will be removed from the store immediately.
All product will be delivered to this address only
You agree that you are appropriately authorized and insured, and will comply with all applicable Federal and State Territory laws and regulations applying to products containing Schedule 4 Substances, and these are supplied to you on that basis that you do so.

It is the responsibility of the dental or medical practitioner to advise us (at the parent company iDental Pty Ltd) immediately if there are any changes in regards to your clinic details for which you are listed as a practitioner.
We will retain your details and personal data for the term that your account remains active and open with us. All sale information will be retained by us for a period of at least three (3) years, and may be disclosed by us to the Department of Health as required by the laws that govern Victoria, Australia.
I declare that the above information is true and correct, and hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of the conditions of sale and agree to abide by them.
I also hereby confirm that I am authorized to sign this form, and will be liable for any breach of this agreement, including immediate suspension of my account.
